Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Limited Sniper (the "Application") and of limitedsniper.app (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, or by purchasing a license, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

1. What Limited Sniper is

Limited Sniper is a Windows desktop application that monitors the prices of "limited" items in Roblox's public catalog and attempts to purchase them automatically when they are listed below a target price set by the user. The application runs entirely on the user's PC and uses the .ROBLOSECURITY cookie that the user enters themselves to authenticate against Roblox's public API.

2. License and plans

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application according to your plan:

• Free: 1 monitored item, 1 Roblox account, a minimum interval of 10 seconds, no auto-buy, and no Discord webhooks.
• Pro Monthly: all Pro features (unlimited items and accounts, intervals from 500 ms, auto-buy, webhooks, alerts) for 31 days. It is a manual pass — it does not auto-renew; you renew by buying another month.
• Pro Lifetime: unlimited items and accounts, intervals from 500 ms, auto-buy, webhooks, alerts, and email support. One-time payment, no renewals, valid for as long as the product exists.

The Pro key you receive is yours and yours alone. It may activate at most 3 distinct IPs over the lifetime of the product.

3. Usage restrictions

You may not:

• Share, sell, give away, sublicense, or publish your key on any channel (Discord, forums, social media, screenshots, etc.).
• Use the Application to harass other users or to access accounts that are not your own.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the binary, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Resell, redistribute, or host the Application or any part of it.
• Use the Application for fraud, market abuse, or coordinated price manipulation.

4. Anti-piracy (network limit)

To detect key sharing, we record the IP addresses from which each Pro key is activated or re-validated. We allow up to 5 distinct networks in any 30-day period (which reasonably covers your home, your workplace, and a laptop or phone on mobile data). IPv6 addresses count per network, not per address, so an ISP that rotates your address does not consume the allowance.

If a key attempts to activate from a 6th distinct network within that period, the system revokes it automatically and permanently. The Application will stop working as Pro on every installation that uses that key.

Keys revoked for sharing are not reactivated and not refunded. If you believe your key was revoked due to a legitimate reason (ISP change, relocation, travel, or a CGNAT ISP that rotates IPs), email us at [email protected] from your purchase address. We review each case individually, with no guarantee of restoration.

5. Payment and refunds

Pro plans are priced in US dollars — Lifetime as a one-time payment and Monthly as a 31-day pass. Payment is taken in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. At checkout you are redirected to a NOWPayments-hosted invoice where you can pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or their stablecoins (USDC/USDT). We never receive or store your card, bank, or wallet credentials.

Your payment is verified on-chain. Once the network confirms the transaction, your activation key is generated and emailed automatically to the address you entered at checkout — usually within minutes. No key is issued until the payment is confirmed.

NOWPayments is a payment gateway, not the seller of record. The license is sold directly by Limited Sniper. Cryptocurrency is taxed and regulated differently across jurisdictions, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your country of residence.

Refund policy: crypto payments are irreversible and cannot be charged back, so refunds are handled manually at our discretion. We accept refund requests for up to 14 days after purchase, provided the key has not been activated. Once activated, the key is bound to your installation and the payment is non-refundable, except in cases of significant software defects not resolved within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are paid back in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Because exchange rates move and networks charge fees, the refund equals the US-dollar value of your original purchase converted at the time the refund is sent, minus any unavoidable network fee — it may not match the exact amount of crypto you originally sent.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout, stating the reason. We process requests within 7 business days.

6. Relationship with Roblox

Limited Sniper is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation, referenced on this site solely for descriptive and nominative purposes.

Automation risk. Limited Sniper automates actions on your Roblox account, which may not comply with the Roblox Terms of Service. You use it at your own risk and are solely responsible for that decision. We are not responsible for suspensions, bans, loss of inventory, loss of Robux, or any other action taken by Roblox against your account as a result of using the Application.

7. No warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that sniping limiteds will be successful. The outcome depends on external factors (network latency, Roblox rate limits, competition from other bots and human buyers, changes to the Roblox API). The product is a tool, not a guarantee of returns.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (including loss of Robux, loss of items, loss of account, lost profits, loss of data, or time) arising from use of the Application.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APPLICATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID for the license in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you:

• Violate these terms (especially clause 3 or 4).
• Initiate an abusive or fraudulent chargeback.
• Fail to meet applicable legal obligations.

You may also terminate the agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application and deleting your key. Termination does not create a right to a refund outside the windows described in section 5.

10. Changes to the terms and the service

We may modify these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to users with an active license at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. If we discontinue the product entirely, we will offer a prorated refund proportional to the expected remaining usage period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico, except where a consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you non-waivable rights to use your local jurisdiction.
